The nass magnet group, a leading manufacturer of customised solutions for applications with the highest demands on product quality, reliability and customer-oriented service including the aftermarket, will be exhibiting at this year’s InnoTrans in Hall 10.2 | Stand 340.
The products developed by the company, based in Hanover, the capital of Lower Saxony, for railway and other mobile applications are characterised by their durability, robustness and resilience, even under extreme conditions: „For example, our solenoid valves, which are equipped with special elastomers, guarantee reliable operation from -50°C to +80°C and, thanks to their design features, have a significantly longer service life than competing products,“ emphasises sales engineer Cefair Cekic, who will be available for technical discussions at the nass magnet stand during InnoTrans.
Applications include brake controls and coupling systems; sanitary facilities in passenger coaches, air treatment and pneumatic door controls; current collectors, sanding systems and the control of actuators, for example in tilting devices.
Flex Train Operators for railway applications with CNOMO interface
Many of nass magnet’s products feature a modular design that allows flexible adaptation to a wide range of customer requirements. For example, the pneumatic CNOMO interface, proven in automation applications, is available in a metal version for the more demanding requirements of rail vehicles.
The same performance is achieved as a valve solenoid, consisting of an armature system and coil, for space-saving integration into customer equipment.
Both solutions meet the requirements of DIN EN 45545-2 for fire protection in rail vehicles.
